“I went to Golden Gate Bridge Bike Rentals at 2157 Lombarb st. Apparently this is not the shop where my reservation was and that there was an imposter shop with the same name. I could not locate where that shop was with my reservation. There was no address info in any of the email confirmation, theres only one Gold Gate Bridge Bike Rental on Google and I was at the wrong shop. Wasted $45, no refund was provided.”

Lily, Barry and Jason were courteous, knowledgeable and super helpful during our family trip. The bikes were awesome, and much needed navigating the hills of SF. Their location was perfect and was super close to the Marina waterfront; perfect start for our ride. I’m glad there are many parking garages around the location too as we drove in.
